Pierce College makes available to its students both unofficial and official transcripts. Unofficial transcripts are great for your personal records. Official transcripts are often required by other colleges or universities, or employers.
For GED transcripts, visit the GED program website.
Unofficial and official transcripts are provided as a free service to students. However, transcripts cannot be provided until a student's financial obligations to the college have been met. This includes payment of library and parking fines.
If you attended Pierce College anytime since 1986, you can view and print your unofficial transcripts through Student Online Services link from any computer with internet access or at the Student Online Services kiosks at Pierce College Fort Steilacoom and Puyallup, as well as at Fort Lewis and McChord Air Force Base. To access, you must know your student ID number and PIN.
If you attended Pierce (or Fort Steilacoom Community College) prior to 1986 or are unable to access Student Online Services, you must follow the procedures for an official transcript.
Written requests for official transcripts must be signed and submitted to the Records office in person, by mail, or by fax (not by email). Please allow two weeks for processing and mailing.
