Access and Disability Services (ADS) works to ensure that students with disabilities have both informational and physical access to all college resources and programs.

Pierce College provides mental health services to enrolled students at Pierce Fort Steilacoom, Pierce Puyallup, and off-site locations. Counseling services are free to enrolled students.

The TRIO program at Pierce College Fort Steilacoom provides academic and personal support in order to increase students' college success and assist them in the transfer to four-year colleges or universities.

The Multicultural Student Services office works to recruit, retain, and provide advocacy and support for students of color at Pierce College. The office strives to support a multicultural environment and create deeper awareness of students' cultures and experiences.
