Get your first two years of college done easily and affordably at Pierce College. Associate's degrees are available in such subject areas as the arts and humanities, science, math, and more. Direct transfer degrees are available in such subject areas as business, education, biology, and health science.

Professional/Technical Programs

Earn a degree or a certificate while gaining practical, work-related skills in a high-demand career field. Career possibilities include construction management, business, computers, criminal justice, dental hygiene, and veterinary technology.

Continuing Education

Learn for learning's sake! Pierce College's Continuing Education program offers hands-on courses in foreign languages, cooking, art, computers, fitness, and much more. There are also affordable travel programs that can take you all over the world.

eLearning

Take courses and complete your degree online anytime, anywhere with Pierce College's eLearning. Courses are available online and through various media formats. There are also hybrid classes for students who like a mix of new technology and traditional classroom experiences.

Military

Pierce College operates two satellite campuses, one each at Fort Lewis and McChord Air Force Base, to serve the educational and career training needs of active duty military, veterans, and their families. These sites are open to the public, as well.

Running Start

This is a state program that allows eligible high school juniors and seniors to take college-level courses (and earn college credits) without paying tuition. It's a perfect program for motivated, ambitious students wishing to get a jump on college.

Basic Skills

Pierce College offers programs that can help adults brush up on their basic skills, earn a GED or high school diploma, or learn English as a Second Language. Pierce also offers a special program, I-BEST, that combines basic skills and career training.
